It's situated in one of those typical for the Albayzín quarter streets called Gumiel de San Pedro, nearby the famous area of the Paseo de los Tristes. This part of Granada is very quiet and ideal to enjoy and know Granada. At the same time, there are plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops as well as a grocery and a city bus' stop nearby.

This apartment is very new and has one double bedroom (with a double bed), one small individual bedroom, perfectly equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, microwaves, fridge, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware), bathroom (in order to access the bathroom you have to enter the double bedroom), living-room with a double sofa-bed and spacious terrace with wonderful views of the Alhambra.

The apartment is provided with heating, air conditioning, washing machine and TV. There is an elevator in the building. Sheets and towels are provided and included into the price.
